Manufacturer’s Warranty

Manufacturer hereby guarantees that all Instant Armor Products are free of any defects in material or workmanship and do conform to the requirements of the contract.

All Instant Armor products (consisting of everything OTHER THAN the ballistic panels themselves) are guaranteed to be free of defects in both material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year following delivery.  Manufacturer shall replace, free of charge, any item that is deemed to be defective within one (1) year of delivery.  If such claim is to occur, customer shall notify manufacturer in writing and agrees to return any defective part(s), if requested.

Manufacturer shall not be responsible for the replacement of items damaged or destroyed as a result of abuse, misuse, negligence, or uncommon wear & tear.

The ballistic armor panels of all Instant Armor products are guaranteed to meet or exceed their specified threat level as established by the National Institute of Justice (NIJ) , Testing Standard 0108.01.  Manufacturer hereby guarantees that the ballistic armor panels shall maintain their Threat Level effectiveness for a period of not less than five (5) years following delivery.  

Manufacturer shall not be responsible for the replacement of ballistic panels if damaged or destroyed as a result of abuse, misuse, negligence, uncommon wear & tear, or gunfire.
