Shipment processing time

You are ordering items that are built for and for use intended by professional law enforcement agencies. As such, these items are not always available in our standing inventory. ASSUME THE LEAD TIME ON YOUR ORDER COULD BE UP TO SIX (6) WEEKS. We use the highest and best technology in the production of our ballistic products. This means, we are in direct competition with defense contractors for the same fibers and fabrics. As is good and proper, the defense contractors have first right to the materials. They are producing specific items for our military units and they should be given priority.

Understand, if your item(s) is in inventory, or we can build and ship your item(s) sooner, we certainly will.

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days. Your order is then in the queue, awaiting production. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

When your order is processed, we will contact you with an estimated shipping date.
